Auto Insertion Facility
BGAPL has a very sophisticated AID section having around 30 odd machines for through hole Axial and Radial components insertion. We have 120 station Sequencers, Dual head Axial inserters and 90 station Radial Insertion machines which provide very good quality high speed insertion capability.

 

We also have a couple of Imported Eyelet & Pins insertion machines along with Jumper wire inserters.
The Radial Inserters and Eyelet inserters have Auto Loader and Un-loader facility.
On the output stage we have ICT testers to check the quality of AID boards and rejections are maintained at around 50 ppm level.

Special magazine racks have been developed to store the boards which minimize the rejections during handling of Auto Inserted Boards.
A highly trained and skilled staff is at work to maintain the machines which are running round the clock. A CNC programming machine is installed for generating the programme path of new models. A full capacity UPS is installed to take care during sudden power failures.
New SMD placement machines for chip mounting setup is being ordered to cater the needs of new boards.
