There are in all Four Auto lines , two for the main Chassis work and two are for the subassembly and other small boards.
On these lines we have four Imported Wave soldering machines with facility of Dual waves. All these machine are finger type and their widths are adjustable for the entire range to match the PCB size.
Similarly the Input conveyors are chain type and their widths are also adjustable.
We have Auto Cut and Clinch units installed in our MI lines which help insertion and clinching of certain critical components.
A Belt conveyor system is installed at the output of Soldering machine for completion activity.
Highly advanced dual decker inline ICT and Functional testers are installed for Quality checks.Automated LCM programmer is installed for Inline memory programming of Memory IC used in the PCB circuits.
One MI line is dedicated for “Lead Free” soldering for stringent ROHS Exports requirement.
