Auto Insertion Facility
BGAPL has a very sophisticated AID section having around 30 odd machines for through hole Axial and Radial components insertion. We have 120 station Sequencers, Dual head Axial inserters and 90 station Radial Insertion machines which provide very good quality high speed insertion capability.

Manual Insertion Line
BGAPL has one of the most advanced MI lines for inserting certain component on  PCB which can not be inserted on AI Machines. There are in all Four  Auto lines , two for the main Chassis work and two are for the subassembly and other small boards.

Assembly Line
A simple conveyorised setup is available for Cabinet assembly which can be used for any Electronic packaging activity.
