Continuous monitoring of certain machine parameters like Temperature/ Density and Torque is ensured to maintain  consistency throughout the process. Outward quality checks are performed for Pre delivery despatches to catch any missed out parameters / wrong insertions. All these systems help in achieving better  FTR. The soldering machine PPM levels are also continuously being monitored and machine parameters are adjusted to maintain it.

All this  testing is done with the help of Latest Testing equipments which are calibrated at specified time.For PCB’s we have In line Dual decker ICT machine with imported fixtures. This ICT is continuously debugged by our experts to get actual wrong insertions data. Another important Functional testing is done online with the help of Inline WT test jig setups which are used for  checking and aligning the circuit. All these testing facilities and Established procedures guarantees a high standard controlled Output Quality. We are continuously updating our Quality systems based on the data to make the process near perfect.

Further we have taken up a Black belt project of SIX SIGMA for Improving the display of ICT.
